Q: Which shipping service do you use?

A: I ship mainly with USPS. I can ship with other carriers at customer's request and expense.

Q: What is your shipping and handling time?

A: I will promptly ship out within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Q: Are tracking and insurance provided?

A: Tracking is provided on all items shipped. Insurance is optional and can be purchased at customer's expense.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes but ONLY through my eBay store.

All sales are final at Infinity Toyz OKC and returns are NOT accepted. In some cases, we may offer store credit but that is at our sole discretion. Please keep in mind that most of the items sold on this site are very old (some 30+ years) and parts/materials will breakdown over time. Because of this, we sell our items as collectibles and cannot guarantee that the contents of sealed items will still work or be in mint condition if someone chooses to open an item.
